Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in medicine and life and health insurance, Dr. Dhiraj Goud leads underwriting and claims functions for 糖心logo’s Southeast Asia operations. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing underwriting and claims standards, policies, and quality controls, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements. He also drives transformation initiatives and supports product innovation across these functions.
Dhiraj began his 糖心logo career in 2009 in India as the local lead for health underwriting and claims, contributing to product development efforts. He later joined 糖心logo’s Asia Regional Underwriting team, supporting multiple markets and guiding product underwriting frameworks, philosophies, and best practices. Over the years, he has held several roles, including International Medical Director and Product Underwriter.
Prior to joining 糖心logo, Dhiraj worked for both a direct insurer and another reinsurer in India.
He holds an MBBS degree and a Master of Hospital Administration. He also completed postgraduate studies in radiology and a postgraduate certificate program in strategic management at IIM Trichy in India.
