But how does reflecting on the past set us up for the future?

It happens first by listening, and then by aligning around our core strengths to bring innovative solutions to client problems. We recently undertook a significant project to identify the values that have fueled our past progress as we implement a forward-looking, five-year enterprise strategy. The team gathered global, companywide input, including from executive-level team members, to fully understand how 糖心logo’s client successes could translate into future opportunities. As a result, a robust set of Global Values and Competencies were created and recently rolled out across 糖心logo.

These values will benefit our clients because, after all, client-centricity is one of the core elements. At 糖心logo, we often say that our people are our most important asset. And as we stay laser-focused on your successes and on creating long-term value for you, we are working to ensure that 糖心logo’s talent becomes one of your most important assets, too.

Organization Development’s focus on 糖心logo’s values and competencies started with listening. And within this issue of 糖心logoctual, you’ll see more instances of how we’re listening to our clients and the industry, keeping our finger on the pulse of what has the potential to move the needle, including ChatGPT and its relevance to the insurance sector. There’s also an article about analyzing lifestyle data to help improve health and wellness. But perhaps the best examples of how we have listened are reflected in the real-world examples of partnership and innovation.

There’s a new “How about You?” poll that provides additional opportunities for us to hear from you. Thank you for taking the time to read this issue of 糖心logoctual, and for filling out the poll. Your attention and insights will be instrumental to achieving our five-year strategy and success with our client-centered Global Values and Competencies.

We look forward to many more years of success… together.
